Refunds and Cancellation Policy

For Healthcare Providers (Subscribers)

  • No Refunds: Once a payment for subscription, SMS, or WhatsApp credits has been made, it is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued even if the subscription is terminated.
  • Exceptional Cases: In rare cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

For Patients

  • Convenience Fee: Any convenience fee that might be charged for appointment bookings or payments is non-refundable, even if the appointment is cancelled by the patient or the clinic.
  • Payments to Healthcare Providers: Any payments made directly to a healthcare provider using our platform are subject to the provider’s refund policy. Patients must contact their healthcare provider directly for any refund requests or disputes.
